There are separate entrances to the second level from the garage and front deck with a smart lock on the front door. Property is located on a very quiet street in the town of Alma. Property is a few blocks from the free bus that connects Alma and Fairplay to Summit County (Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne).

Great neighbors. No smoking is permitted on the property. In addition to the garage, there is off-street parking for additional vehicles. There is a large capacity GE all-in-one washer/dryer combo.

You won't find any long list of application fees or crazy credit score requirements here. However, you will need to prove that you have an income source that adequately covers the rent and utilities. Expectations are simple - be honest, pay rent, and respect your neighbors. Security deposit is one month's rent.
