-We have one very friendly dog and we are clean, quiet, easy going people. We live in a quiet neighborhood located in Ault.
-Shared Areas: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining, Loft, & Laundry Room. Street parking. Large backyard with fire pit and outdoor furniture on two patios. Furnished with queen bed, Roku TV, side tables.
-$700 a month, all utilities included (including WIFI).
-Looking for someone who is clean, easy to get along with, and is OK with dogs. We only have a few house rules.
1. We are OK with smokers, but no smoking in the house or garage.
2. Please clean up after yourself.
3. Rent must be paid on the first of every month.
