I've lived at Bella Vita for four months and thus far it's been a very positive experience. The one bedroom layout is well designed with plenty of natural light. What really stands out is the management team, specifically Glenda and Angela. From the day Angela conducted the tour with me and Glenda accepted the application they both have been extremely helpful, from the move in process and since. Maintenance requests are handled promptly which is a huge plus. The location is convenient, within... walking or short driving distance to groceries and even Costco. The only downside so far is my schedule, as it doesn't allow me to join in some activities. They recently employed Kyle as an activities coordinator who has started out with a bang having just completed a wonderful and successful Taco Tuesday! I would definitely recommend considering Bella Vita as your next move!!

This is a Sweet Place to Live
We know exactly what our rent will be each month. There are no hidden and variable fees for common area charges, trash collection, pest control, etc. Our rent includes utilities, basic cable, and light housekeeping servoces. Our only additional monthly cost is for our cell phones. This is a locally owned and operated property so you aren't dealing with some huge corporation focused solely on the bottom line. They take pride in maintaining the building. Management is accessible and tuned into... the needs of seniors. We feel safe here. There is fobbed entry and a concierge making certain visitors and delivery people are legitimate. A private security company makes random nightly patrols of the property. Bella Vita has been converted from an office building to apartments so there are many different floor plans. We have lived in two of them. Both featured granite counters, nice cabinetry and appliances, washer/dryer combinations, and neutral paint colors. There are opportunities to get together with our neighbors for movies, game nights, and pot luck brunches. We have exercise equipment and a small library. A Bistro with coffee,tea, and hot chocolate is avilable 24/7. Every Monday morning there are donuts in the Bistro. This is a sweet place to live!

A delightful Retirement Haven!
This nicely located senior facility near Costco and abundant shopping and restaurants, is clean and quiet, yet offers many activities for active adults - a nice gym, large-screen TV room, Nintendo bowling and other sports, Bible studies, Pictionary and different card games, birthday celebrations every month, live entertainment on the upper patio, and a very helpful and responsive management team.
It's a great place for active seniors over 55, and at 93, we have found it a thoroughly... delightful retirement haven overlooking those beautiful Rocky Mountains!

This apartment is the absolute best for the price. The staff are very friendly, helpful and extremely professional. For a 55 all inclusive apartment complex, there are none better to live in for the money! I recommend this place to all looking for a new home!
