Elk Ridge

I've been a resident at Elk Ridge Apartments since at least 2013, and over the past decade I've seen steady improvement in the community. Much of that progress comes from the management team—Brenda, Rachel, and Milta. They've worked diligently to add a dog park, upgrade the mail room with security cameras, and maintain the grounds well, especially in recent years.
The maintenance crew they've put together is responsive and helpful. When I've gone into the office and spoken with them directly,... they've made a real effort to accommodate my needs. It's clear they care about the property.
There were challenges in earlier years, but the vast majority of the major issues have been addressed. I've looked at other options in the area over time, and the combination of pricing and apartment condition—particularly the wood-floor units with upgraded bathrooms—has been hard to match. I lived in Elk Ridge Apts. For 2 years
I absolutly loved it. The management was amazing. The property is always clean. If you are looking for a good and quiet place Elk Ridge is the place.

I regret moving into this apartment for two reasons. One the managements are very rude and unprofessional. Two there is cockroaches.
