Fitzsimons Junction is a Tax Credit property which means that federal tax credit subsidies were provided to help finance the property. Because of the subsides received, applicants must qualify to live in the community by demonstrating that their annual household income is at or below 60% of the median income for the community.

1. The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado revised statutes; and
2. If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.

How Is This Rating Determined?

Horrible place, DONT RENT.

I currently live here. They never have the pool open always something happening. The police are always here for some criminal activity. And they ask for a ridiculous amount of rent and don't ever fix anything. And if they Do they just fix it for the moment cuz it will break again in a day or two.
