How Is This Rating Determined?

So far so well

The property is under new construction and planning so there are some things that the property has yet to share. Such as EV charging stations will be set by Nov-Dec 2024, construction should wrap up by Dec 2024, not activating keys to garages, and communication was rough due to tracking the amount of applicants and the process of transitioning to a different apartment and paid a app fee of $35 twice. Beautiful so far, but understandable that there is still work to be done for property and staff... professionalism. Thank You for welcoming us.

Creating a home never been easier

Anahi gave us excellent customer service and support. We had a lot of questions and unique situations that might have made others lose patience but she not only walked us through every step she found solutions to meet our needs. Other apartments lost our business because we wanted this kind of service before we even committed to a longer lease. Flats on the A, have a valuable asset in her service.

Love the staff and Flats on the A

First of all what a great space with so many amenities. The staff at flats on the A are awesome. Doug and Dennis were absolutely so helpful end of March when I was moving. I traveled cross country and aside from walking the property earlier in March I had no idea what was close by or had anyone helping me due to my work commitments
