Ceiling Fan wobbly and noisy I submitted a maintenance request on a Monday morning. Next day, I was told that it wud get done by either Tuesday or, for sure, Wednesday. By the following Monday, one week later, still not fixed. I called the Manager and it eventually got done. For a 10 minute job, it cud've been done right away - one week was too long to wait. The fan cud've fallen off and hurt someone in the meantime. Under the previous Property Manager, the last Maintenance Supervisor always got... everything done by 48 hours or less.

Lease Renewal 6/1/2026-5/30/2027 Sherry handled our lease renewal quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful and gave us all the support we needed to get it done promptly in her usual kind, friendly and professional manner with a smile. Sherry was excellent!

Building 4 I lived there for 8 years with my family and during that 8 years, I found it was a great place to live minus the few car break ins to my car and one of my cars being stolen in 2019.

My move in was good and thanks to Hellen at the leading office I was able to complete the process and paperwork fairly smoothly. Hellen was gentle and provided information about the complex.
