The best dog friendly apartments in the area

The Sanctuary apartments at Tallyn's Reach are the best dog friendly apartments in the area. There's plenty of space for short walks, easy access to trails nearby for longer walks, dog friendly management and personnel, and the best poop bags always available. The leash law is strictly enforced as I have never encountered a dog off leash. It's safe and convenient and makes our life less complicated. We love it here!

It was four years ago and I was in need to find a place to live. I came in to the front office that day hoping to get a place. Little did I know that would be the first day of finding my now home. I’ve lived in many places over the years , but never has there been such a great property team. It’s not just a group of people to make sure my place is acceptable. They are a caring group that makes sure life is as good as it can be. From my place to the surroundings to community events. We know...
each other by name. Everyday is a constant reminder of the fabulous choice I made to live here at the Sanctuary at Tallyn’s reach. Anytime I see any of the following people. There is interaction that makes a good day. I am proud to say these people make sure I matter. Tori , Kristen, Jason , Luis, Jorie, Chance, Jay, Eric , Damian and Scott. You are all amazing wonderful people.

Don't Get An Apartment Anywhere Near the Pool

I've lived here for over 2 years and I like the location (for my work), the apartment is good, but don't get a place anywhere near the pool. For more than half the year, you will lose control of when your allowed to sleep. The pool is trespassed constantly at all hours of the night. Even with the windows shut, which I hate to do in the summer, the screaming, yelling and loud music will wake you. I had one night where there where 3 separate groups of partiers at 11pm, 1am and 3am. The... maintenance staff is amazing, the management, especially corporate, aren't. Also the dog park is nice to have, but unfortunately, is a mess with most people not picking up the dog crap

Great Apartment… unless rowdy neighbors are nearby.

The maintenance staff are hands down the most amazing individuals I know. Very polite caring and knowledgeable.

Only downside is I’ve been dealing with neighbors partying from 10p-4a and despite having recordings, ring camera footage, and call history to Aurora PD and Sanctuary’s Security, nothing really happens other than an offer to move out at my cost (transfer fee $600). This is a great apartment complex overall just so long as you don’t have a rowdy neighbor. Once you do, all you can do...
is suck it up and keep calling the police.

Insane rent price increases

Be wary of moving in here. This year they've increased rent prices by $400 - $900 a month on existing residents.

The interiors can be a bit dated. The carpet is worn down in some units and the laminate floor can pop up around the baseboard. Appliances especially the overhead microwave/fans should be checked before moving in. Units do not have a dedicated venting fan over the stove.

They've recently started repainting the exterior of the complex so don't be fooled. If the inside does not match...
the outside.

The complex is on par with any rentals in the area that have been built in the last 10 years.
