I’ve never lived in an urban setting before but always had an interest to do so. Living hear, with walking access to all of the Pearl Street Mall, has been fantastic!
Street parking is very easy for guests.
The building and parking is very secure.
I truly am enjoying living here!

Verified Renter

Nice apartments with IKEA fixtures, but the advertised community amenities are a lie (no guest parking, pet wash not usable, no gas for BBQ, no coffee/pastries). No communication when building repairs are scheduled that require shutting off all water. Just surprise, no water today! The maintenance guy is great - friendly, responsive, and very competent.
