Incredible, huge 2 bed, 2 bath condo in Gold Run, on Shadow Creek Drive on 30th in between Colorado and Arapahoe.
We are looking for someone to move in... ASAP!
Rent is $2500 which includes water, trash, a garage parking spot, and a parking lot spot. This apartment has all the amenities - AC, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and nice appliances. Both bathrooms are full baths. There are also very large storage closets on the main balcony, as well as a couple storage closets in the house. Security deposit and last months rent due upon signing the lease. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
The first bedroom is the smaller of the two (though still big) and has a small balcony, attached bathroom, and walk in closet. The second bedroom is massive. We have two desk setups, a full bed, and dressers in it with lots of room to spare. This bedroom attaches to the large balcony that is also off the living room.
The place is unfurnished and was just professionally cleaned and the carpets professionally cleaned!
Living in gold run also gives you access to the tennis and basketball courts, and gym which also has racquetball courts, saunas in each of the locker rooms, a hot tub, and indoor pool.
The complex is on the boulder creek path and scott carpenter park/3 minute walk from scott carpenter pool. It is a 12 minute walk to King Soopers, Safeway, and the 29th street mall. It is a short walk to either Main or East campus. There is a bus route that stops right outside shadow creek drive on 30th.
We have absolutely loved living here - the amenities, location, and size are unmatched, especially for the price. We are only moving because I got a job in a different state. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested in moving in!
