Bear, elk, and mountain lion activity is common, so secure all trash and never leave food or garbage outdoors, even temporarily. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, yard, hot tub, cold plunge, and rope course. Owner's storage areas are locked and inaccessible. Due to seasonal windstorms, the pergola and sun shade may not be available during your stay.
