It's a great place for anyone who takes buses and has a great view of the mountains and is very quiet and management is great at making sure everyone is respectful of each other

I've discovered that living in a "green" building just means there's no amenities and you can't find the front door. The perks they do offer are so complicated to access, that it's like being offered nothing at all. Things like having to have a phone with service in order to do laundry. Not everyone can afford to keep the phone on all the time. The free electric bikes only recognize certain technology, not mine, and it's the same with the Eco pass. If the apartments weren't so nice, I'd have… second thoughts about moving in here. Because I don't enjoy any of the amenities.

Pretty cool place to live for the most part. It would really be nice to see free Wi-Fi available in all the units. Other than that, cool place to live.
