Management is horrible

Zero security no cameras anywhere front office won't do anything about it if you don't like your stuff stolen don't live here

Decent for the price

This is probably one of the last affordable places to live in Boulder. It's a small one bedroom for under $1000. That's unheard of right now.

It has a great kitchen and bathroom, large bedroom with decent sized closet. The complex has a pool and sauna with plenty of lounge chairs and a great grill for the summer.

It's right by the Table Mesa bus depot so you can hop a cheap ride to the Denver International Airport. It's right on Foothills Parkway and US 36 E, so you are a quick ride away from... downtown Boulder.
