BED BUG INFESTATION!!!!!!

This place is an absolute nightmare, and I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to think twice. There has been a bed bug infestation affecting at least 12 units, and management has known about it since December. Instead of taking immediate action, they let it drag on for FOUR MONTHS before doing anything. That level of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to something that directly impacts tenants’ health and safety.

To make matters worse, the management team… is incredibly unprofessional and outright rude. Any attempt to raise concerns is met with dismissiveness, attitude, or no response at all. It’s clear they have no respect for the people living here.

Paying rent should come with the basic expectation of a safe and livable environment—this place fails miserably on both counts. Between the infestation and the terrible management, this has been one of the worst rental experiences imaginable.,

Unprofessional staff

Due to treatment of my mother when asking for an opened vacancy. Due to my mom stating a mistaken word the manager scared her in thinking she will never get a place?? Professionally the manager should have asked more questions instead of assuming after 32 years paying rent my mom is not eligible to rent at this place?? Really!!!
