I can’t say enough positive things about these apartments. I don’t particularly care about amenities, but what they offer looks great. Plus, there are plenty of resident events, which is a huge plus for me. Ariana, the leasing agent, is an absolute delight. She made my move in process incredibly smooth. I walked in on a Saturday, got approved on Monday, and was all settled in within a few days. The apartment was spotless, and I had no issues whatsoever.

My washer had some minor issues that are... currently being worked on, but the management has been incredibly accommodating. They’ve provided me with alternative laundry options while my washer is being repaired. I’m giving them a perfect 10 out of 10 for that touch of care.

The apartments have a huge balcony, which I absolutely love. It’s an open platform with stunning views, and it’s incredibly affordable for castle rock living. I can’t compare it to any other properties I’ve seen. It’s by far the best and most affordable option.

Parking is a no brainer. There’s always a spot available, no matter the time of day. The apartments are newer, which helps with noise levels. I love the wood floors, and they add a touch of elegance to the space.

You can share that the apartments and rent pricing is fair considering the are you are in. You have great access to restaurants, trails, stores and highway. It’s safe and very family and pet friendly!

Very comfortable living space with a large amount of amenities and options for rewards or benefits, leasing team is friendly and professional but more communication on necessary things is needed such as knowing where to find your mail and using different features in the apartment

Would not recommend. Very over priced for what you get. Extremely noisy apartment building. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing. Expect constant apartment inspections from management. I have had more than 6 notices in less than a year stating they would be doing a random inspection. There are better options in the area for the same price.

I've been here since July and have loved every minute. The property is very well maintained. The cleaning woman, I'm sorry, I don't know her name, is so pleasant and makes everything smell so good!
My apartment is beautiful...just love it!
Also, management is wonderful...
