They don’t deserve even one star I wish I didn’t have to give them one at all. Don’t bother wasting your money here. This places is the biggest rip off. The management is terrible they have no clue what they’re doing, there’s gross standing water everywhere from the broken sprinklers, the laundry rooms are gross, there is not enough parking for the people who live here and maintenance doesn’t exist here at all. The people who run this place have to remember to breath.

Incompetent management
Management is the worse I have ever seen in apartments. Water is shut off almost weekly with no notice for hours at a time. Meaning no drinking or using the restrooms. They gave us incorrect dates for when our parking ports would be painted, causing them to paint it over my car, dripping paint onto my car. There is pretty much no parking available other than 1 spot per person, you must park very far away on a street. You cannot order food because the drivers cannot find spots. There is... constant dog poop everywhere around the complex, like a lot of dog poop causing it to smell disgusting. The door to my building does not shut, it just hangs open. We were unable to get our mail for a month because our keys that they gave us did not work. Dont make my mistake and do not choose to live here.
