Colony Hills Apartments offers a community that provides excellent service to their residents and offers great apartment living. We offer spacious two bedroom units with washer dryer hook ups. Selected units have balconies. We are pet friendly, have… laundry facilities, and a swimming pool on site. There are cameras on-site to watch the property during evening hours and all buildings have keypads to enter. We are close to shopping and easy access from I-25.

    Rude and Disrespectful Management

    Recently I have been contacting different apartments about leasing information and Colony Hills was by far the rudest and most disrespectful conversation I’ve had with any leasing office. I don’t recommend wasting your time here...
