Cortland Powers North has a great management team, good customer service when it comes to situations that can’t be handled inside the portal of the residents. Some people like to be alone, others are really polite. Diversity in this community is much! Every Friday there’s sweets and treats for the residents which is really nice. The apartment parkings and obviously the price (inflation) is the only thing that I can have bad feedback. Sometimes there isn’t parking nearby and have to park really... far. The cost of living here is pricey so if you can manage, you can live here.

It’s a nice place to live. We’ve been at Cortland since 2022. We like where it’s located and people look out for each other. We took a chance and signed the lease and I can’t say I’ve got any regrets about it. I love meeting the community members and it feels like home. ????

The apartments from the outside view, they look enjoyable, like you can really feel is gonna be a good experience and not just that, for sure you’ll know the inside would definitely be fancy. The people sound happy within the apartments, the pool area and the clubhouse. The sounds, they are normal, kids laughing and screaming, you know the typical fun, dogs are really nice when it comes with the sounds, and normal footsteps sounds and stuff that falls to the floor but nothing to be angry of.... Some people are nice and some aren’t but that’s just life. The balcony is really nice to be in, nice coloring and spectacular views. This has been the best by far apartment I have ever lived. Management is really active, they are usually there, if they aren’t, they’re probably touring but their are responsive and take immediate actions to any situation that comes. Service employees are really nice as well and they take their jobs seriously, they always fix the faults. No disappointments .
