Cottages at North Carefree

I moved into a brand new unit this August. About half of the electrical outlets don’t work, the breaker continued to trip for months (it took 3 separate electrician visits to fix the issues) the WiFi only allows 1 device to be hooked up at a time, the walls are thin, and there’s consistent traffic noise. Additionally, there are a lot of hidden fees within the lease.

While the apartment managers are very kind, the apartments are overpriced, cheaply built, and have a huge amount of issues.

Entire property was poorly built. Too many design flaws to count.
The most obvious one is there being 45 parking spots (5-7 which are used for construction purposes), but there’s 68 apartment units in the complex. How does that make sense? They’re asking us to park in a parking lot (ANOTHER complex’s lot) about a quarter mile away when there’s no available spots. That’s crazy. The other apartments are catching on and will start towing our vehicles. Management doesn’t care in the slightest.... Instead of being logical and assigning parking spots, we all have to rush home after work to get a fighting chance at getting a parking spot in the complex in which WE LIVE.
