Fabulous Place to Call Home, across the board.
There are times to write a review and other times that a review is an absolute necessity…The latter applies in this case!!
Dear Madison apartments is a fabulous, SAFE, nearly brand new-believe one year old, quiet, awesome location with wonderful FRIENDLY people living here. They have free coffee and tea available each morning, ping pong table, small club house for us to get together and socialize after work. I’ve been here for months and again can’t express how safe of an environment not to... mention one and two car garages which with our weather is really nice/comforting/extra safety.
A nice park just one (1) block away from home and just a few blocks away from Tejon which we all know has everything we need/enjoy. Three blocks away is a fabulous small grocery store with great fresh food along with a large selection of adult alcohol beverages including fantastic options for those that enjoy wine.
At the end of the day…The staff, Jess & Scott, are very approachable-here to help and address any concerns quickly!! A great place across the board that’s easy to call home.

This is home...Love and adore where I live!
The Design of the apartments are beautiful inside and out, friendly staff, and a convenient location downtown. Walking distance to many good restaurants and stores. Maintenance is responsive and good, and the community feels safe. Happy with my experience! Also, I would like to mention that I have a garage and access to my apartment! So many more great amenities coming soon super excited!!!

?????????? A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Downtown!
I’ve loved living in our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment downtown! The management is outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. The neighbors are just as wonderful; many of us have become great friends simply by living here, which makes the community feel warm and welcoming. Also, it seems like we all care about how our community looks.
The location couldn’t be more convenient—close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I always feel safe here, and it’s rare to find a... place that offers both the energy of downtown and the serenity of a private retreat.
If you are someone who appreciates cleanliness and privacy or if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and friendly place to call home, this is it. In case you're wondering, this wasn’t a solicited review, I genuinely feel this way about our Dear Madison ??
