Office staff is super seeet and responsive, especially Olivia! She made my move in process super smooth and has been great when I needed anything. The maintenance team is lovely as well! I love my apartment, I literally have no complaints. Paying for my parking spot in the garage is absolutely worth it, too!

People come first
I had such a touching real life-experience during my trying to get a lease here. Something in my life happened and I ended up needing to last minute leave the state due to some scary life event. Heidi recognized the severity of my situation. She put me first versus encouraging me to signi on a year contract. Such a caring human and I am forever impacted by how much she cared for my situation. This right here shows how much they care for people and residents. I have two friends that live there... and say the same about the staff. I personally had multiple experiences with maintenance staff and other residents and the culture there is so supportive and kind. Everyone should consider this space. So clean, beautiful and really a great deal all around. I hope if I ever come back that I could have a chance to have a living experience here once life settles.

Fun downtown location
I attended an event and got a tour and this is a gorgeous property! The views of the stadium and location downtown make it perfect for the extrovert personality!

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Epicenter apartments located by the soccer stadium in Downtown Colorado Springs, and I can wholeheartedly give it a five-star review!
From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the modern design and welcoming atmosphere of the community. The location is unbeatable and the rooftop deck has a perfect view of the stadium. It’s perfect for those who love an active lifestyle or simply enjoy watching games.
The apartments themselves are beautifully... designed, featuring spacious layouts with high-quality finishes. I was particularly impressed by the well-equipped kitchens and the abundance of natural light that fills each unit.
The amenities are top-notch, with a fantastic fitness center, inviting communal spaces, and a rooftop area that provides stunning views of the city. The management team is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.
