My husband and I were very excited about the prospect of renting here, but unfortunately, our experience with the apartment manager, Pearl, was incredibly disappointing. We found her to be unprofessional and disrespectful, which is a major red flag when choosing a place to live. On a positive note, Kai was awesome—we really appreciate Kai coming out to speak with us and trying to smooth things over. However, due to the management style, we won't be moving forward."

Quiet and peaceful community. The office staff and maintenance respond quickly to any concerns I have. They are helpful and professional.

I recently went out of town for two weeks and got a notification halfway through my trip that my cats’ automatic feeder was empty. Nobody else in town has a key, so I called the office to ask for help. Tyesha immediately went to go check on my cats and refill their feeder. Tried calling the complex office number over 10 times throughout the day and they never answered. The hot tub has been closed for 2 1/2 months and the pool was also closed for months on end. This apartment complex is also very trash and unsafe. Cars get broken into all the time and within the past year the cops have been here atleast 3 times. The complex also does not have any cameras when break ins occur.

I first want to start by saying I do not give reviews lightly. With that being said, from the first encounter with the ladies in the office it was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted with smiles and warmth like going home to family. I always had their full attention, the unit that I was shown was clean and found to be in good repair. The parking is horrible after 4:00 pm. There is not enough spaces for all the tenants and it does not help that Yolanda, the Manager takes up two covered spaces to park her vehicle. Yolanda also needs a lesson in customer service, not friendly at all and treats the tenants as they are below her. It took six months to get my full deposit back, however, you cannot be more then three days late on your rent.
