Move-in

The move-in process was efficient, easy, and effective. The leasing office was incredibly helpful with everything, especially Claudine. I would highly recommend. The neighborhood is safe, good quality for a good price. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Do Not Move Here!

Cars are still broken into, they have a security gate but doesn't work. Feel very unsafe here

Thank you for reaching out. We take the safety of our residents very seriously. When an incident occurs, we have residents file a police report and contact CSPD immediately. Additionally, we have been sending out blast emails reminding residents to… not heat up their cars before going to work as there has been a high volume of car break-ins during this time of year.
