DO NOT LIVE HERE

We have been stolen from THREE times. Our storage unit which is inside our “secure” building was broken into with items stolen. The office put a deadbolt on and within a couple of days someone tried to break in again. We also had a bike stolen from outside (lock was deliberately cut). The third instance was my husband’s truck bed cover being cut open with items stolen from there as well.

Over the course of our tenancy here, we have dealt with very unsanitary hallways littered with trash, pet... excrements, and overall filth. It is so out of hand that the city has even been here. The trash compactor is consistently broken so there’s always trash piled up or an eyesore of a temporary dumpster in the lot.

Despite numerous complaints, we have also dealt with excessively loud neighbors that constantly disturb our sleep and peaceful enjoyment of our apartment.

We are clean, respectful people so living here has been nothing but a nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
