    Unhealthy environment

    I lived there for years until I couldn't take it anymore with the terrible management. While each property in the city has its pros and cons,there were never any consequences for the bad residents who have turned what was once a good place to live into a battleground. They chose not to enforce the community rules, nor even those required by the state for the income restricted housing, against hoarders, dirty, rude, disorderly, noisy and even criminals tenants who take advantage of the chaos of… constant management crew changes. Don't let the price fool you; you can find a better place with real leadership . Right now, it's chaos. Don't put your money on the application it's not worth it.
