About Sumner House

Sumner house is located just south of downtown Colorado Springs off of South Wahsatch Ave and Fountain Blvd. The community will include 3 studio/efficiency units, 72 one-bedroom/one-bath units, and 20 two-bedroom/one-bath units at AMI levels of 30%... and 60%.
