Absolutely amazing!

I have lived here for well over 10 years moving away and back into a different apartment. 4 years I load my wheelchair from the apartment to UCCS and now I ride my wheelchair for my apartment to work. The staff is amazing and although there is a turnover rate in office stuff it has decreased substantially and the maintenance staff is wonderful! Thank you so much for being so patient with me!

Very solid place to live

This apartment complex got new owners relatively recently and while I wasn't here for the previous owners I can say that my experience here has been good so far. The buildings are pretty nice but nothing high end. There is ample parking space with at least one covered spot per apartment which is nice because of the hail. My biggest complaint so far is there is no central A/C and only a wall unit in the living room. I have found that it does not spread to the whole house so I will be getting a… portable A/C unit for the room I spend the most time in. My biggest praise for management is that maintenance has been very fast and efficient. Frequently I'll put in a request over the weekend and Monday morning they'll be here to look at it. My A/C wall unit wasn't blowing as hot as I wanted to and Monday morning they came and put in a new unit.

Worst Apartment Ever

This apartment exceeds expectations for poor quality. If you looking for the worst apartment complex in Colorado Springs, look no further. This apartment features a broken hot tub, broken sauna, and much much less. Also included is a bunch of broken front gates, which they we claim qualifies as a 'gated community'. Also featured is an abundance of other advertised amenities that are misleading and downright, false. So, stay here if you would like to waste all of your money for an entire year.

Unsafe community

Not a safe community. Not gated (it's been broken for over a month) so there have been many incidents that could've been avoided. I see more and more homeless going through the trash in the middle of the day! They sleep in the laundry room and I have seen many people sleeping in their cars parked in front of my building. It's ridiculous and the apartment is pretending there is no issue. Don't waste your money! They office is a joke they are very unprofessional. They don't care about the… residents. There have been car break ins and more crime lately. Can't wait to move.
