I’ve had an amazing experience at The Lofts at Polaris Pointe. The community is warm and welcoming, and the apartments are spacious and feel very modern and state of the art. The large garages and elevators really set this place apart from other apartment complexes. It’s a huge convenience. The views of the mountain range and the Air Force Academy are absolutely incredible.
Maintenance is top notch. Bob is fantastic and always responsive. Angela and the property management team have also been... great to work with and truly care about the residents.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something unique and comfortable!

We Love Living Here
Moved into our apt at The Lofts at Polaris Pointe in Feb. of 2025. We were heitant to take a tour because of all the news about noise from the New Ford Amph. We have been thru 5 concerts now and in our apt. we cannot hear a sound. We get our mail from our inside mailbox, we dont have to go out to get it. We enjoy our fitness room, game room, conference room for private parties, 2 elevators and each apt has its own 2 car garage. Every apt has a large balcony with southern exposure with... stunning views of the mountains
So glad we stopped and got a tour from apt manager Angela. We love living here

perfect except no fur baby
I was considering moving to the area and fell in love with the Lofts . The patio and garage were two winning factors. Angela helped me so much with answering questions and virtual touring with me. It was very disappointing that I could not bring my cat otherwise I love it.

Beautiful 55+ apartments built like condos
I was looking for a place for my parents to move here easily from out of state. Angela met with me a few times to show me the various floor plans and give me a tour of the place. She was so kind to even come in on her day off. These apartments are gorgeous! They include HUGE garages, gated entry, covered patios facing open space, elevators and beautiful kitchens with walk-in pantries. I could love there! I’m not sure my parents will be able to move, but I wanted to recommend these... apartments to anyone 55+ looking for a condo like home without the commitment of buying. They’re also close to so much shopping in northgate. Check them out.
