Very clean building, good location that's walking distance to everything downtown, and, for me personally, the garage is a huge plus. I have several vehicles and didn't want them sitting outside in the elements, and they offer what they call "tandem" spots, which are basically 2 spots facing each other. They also have storage units in the parking garages and on the residential floors. I love getting coffee in the morning downstairs (its free!), and often relax in the hot tub later in the... evening. I was very worried about noise when I came here because I'm a light sleeper. Usually I shy away from apartments, but it has been pretty quiet here. They close the courtyards and hot tub late at night so people cannot congregate in the common areas and make noise the rest of the building can hear.

I've been living here a couple months and would definitely recommend living here.

VIM has great potential, with the completion of the new building and a little more attention to detail, this will be a great place to live. The trash rooms and garages need to be cleaned more often. The building staff are kind and helpful.

place has been great. do not have complaints. The staff has been really accommodating and helpful when help has been needed. when a service ticket has been put in, they are quick to fix the problem.

The unit was very nice and quiet for the most part. The best thing I can say about this building was that their maintenance staff/front desk staff were some of the best people i’ve ever met. The elevator was often out of service, the alleyways were constantly blocked by construction, my fridge broke 5 times, and the garage door broke months ago and there was never any effort (as far as I know) to get it fixed and to ensure that our cars were safe inside the garage (that was very expensive to... park in) besides having a car parked outside the garage on some nights which was deemed “security,” but I only ever saw them sitting on their phones in the car. Typical downtown living situation I suppose.
