Viridian Edge at the Park

My family has lived at Viridian Edge for over 5 years, and I just moved in too. It has been great from the start. The management team (Ashley, Alicia, Lilith, and Kimberly) and the maintenance staff always go above and beyond to help us. Everyone is friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to lend a hand whenever we need something. Their care and kindness truly make this place feel like home.

I was really struggling to find a place to live while experiencing one disaster after another. I was experiencing homelessness as a disabled veteran with two dogs during the winter holidays and they took my call even though it was so close to the holidays (the day after Christmas) they heard everything I had to say about my struggles and were more than willing to help me. Not only did they help me navigate a way to secure a cosigner (definitely a requirement in my situation) but they were always... so kind and helpful throughout every step. I am approaching living here for almost a year now and even though my personal struggles continue they are still there willing to help me in every way they can. I dont have much family left in my life but I definitely feel like I have friends here not just with staff but with all the other tenants.

Lived here for years. Worst management team of all time. Extremely rude and invasive staff. They make it absolutely miserable to live here. They will constantly change how you pay your bill. They will “upgrade” your appliances to literally the worst appliances on the market. They will paint your apartment with you in it. Stay away

I've lived here for a while and have had a great experience. While it is a little bit expensive, it's definitely worth the money for the location and apartment. When I first moved in, I had a great experience with the front office staff, and that has never changed. A lot of the low reviews about the office staff were when they were extremely understaffed. Even while being understaffed, they have done a fantastic job, and are always extremely friendly, and are up for a good chat! I did have... issues before with the maintenance staff, but they have had some personnel changes, and now every member of maintenance is on top of it and gets the job done fast and right! Alicia, Ashley and Lilith in the office have completely turned this place around. James, Kyle, and Liam are such a great help and fix any maintenance issues right away. I love living here.
