Additional Guest Fee (after 2 guests):

Winter Pricing (Dec–Feb):
$2,500–$2,800 base rate up to 2 guests
Bi-weekly cleaning included in all stays. Additional cleanings can be offered at $150/cleaning. (coordinate with host).
Tax Note:
For stays of 29 days or less, taxes apply at a rate of 10.75% Lodger’s Tax, plus applicable Sales Tax.
For stays of 30 days or more, guests are exempt from all taxes, making the longer stay option more economical.
