Early check-in may be available upon request. Check-out time is 10 AM; failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. Per Denver’s leasing rules, a lease agreement will be e-signed with all guests upon booking. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; violation of this policy will result in damage fees. Guests are responsible for removing all personal property at check-out; a minimum $50 returned item fee will be incurred for items left behind. Be mindful of noise from pets, music, and children, as a warning will be given for reported disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction without refund. All trash must be taken out and placed in bins, and all dishes must be placed in the sink upon check-out. The trusted partner team is available during business hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. While the host controls central heat from two thermostats and heating zones for the building, guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. York Street is a busier two-lane road with cars driving by. The trusted partner will make every reasonable effort to address maintenance issues promptly, but cannot guarantee immediate repairs or refunds for mechanical failures or utility interruptions.
