The unit is located in Congress Park at 1401 Fillmore Street, on the corner of 14th and Fillmore. Our condo is NOT pet friendly. An assigned parking spot is not included, but there's very rarely an issue finding street parking on the Fillmore street block.
Tenant will pay for electricity, and cable/internet. Water, trash, & heat are covered by the owner.
We will never charge a lease administration fee to our tenants, and we have zero "mandatory fees" tacked on to your base rental rate. Your financial responsibility as a Tenant remains only to pay your deposits, rent and utilities on time (electricity and cable/internet). Trash collection fee, water fee, along with exterior and shared spaces maintenance is not the tenants responsibility.
