Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. If there are undeclared guests staying during your stay who were not included in your original booking, a $150 charge per person will apply. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. There is a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge. In the event of police involvement due to disturbances, a $500 fine may be incurred. A $100 late check-out fee applies for each additional hour.
