Fresh towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer, a portable heater, and a fan are provided. The building features centralized HVAC.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per pet per day, up to a maximum of 15 days. For extended stays of 15 days or more, the cost is capped at $150 per pet. Up to 2 pets per booking are welcome. If you're planning to bring more than two, the process may include a refundable admin hold.

The studio is located above a vibrant nightclub that operates from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so anticipate potential noise during these times. Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. If there are undeclared guests staying during your stay who were not included in your original booking, a $150 charge per person will apply. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. There is a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge. In the event of police involvement due to disturbances, a $500 fine may be incurred. A $100 late check-out fee applies for each additional hour. If you require on-site assistance after regular hours, including lockouts, a $200 service charge will be incurred. Avoid leaving any trash in the hallway, as a $100 cleaning charge will be applied. The plumbing is sensitive, so only flush toilet paper and use the provided trash bins for all other items.
