Garage parking is available for $150 per month and dedicated off-street uncovered parking for $100 per month. Our paid parking spots are first come, first serve.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood next to the park. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. We are dog-friendly with a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month, and any pets must be included in the reservation. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, with additional disturbances resulting in eviction without refund. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Check-out time is 10 AM, with a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes past check-out time.
