We prefer an annual lease and the advertise rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e. month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate.

Now the fine print. My wife and I own this property. I am a licensed real estate agent with Reliant Real Estate, Inc. Deposit is $1,349 which is refundable subject to property condition at end of lease. Income requirement is 2X the rent amount.
