Well behaved cats or dogs are welcome. Maximum two (2) animals permitted. While I do not consider it a good set up for a dog, we have allowed a dog in it, so if you think your dog would be happy, then we can discuss the situation. There is a $300 animal deposit and $35 per month for animal rent.
Utilities not included. Electricity is separately metered and billed to the unit. Internet/cable/phone would be arranged with local provider. Tenant will reimburse Owner for a portion of the property's gas bill and water and sewer bill and unit's trash costs.
We prefer an annual lease and the advertise rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e., month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate.
The unit is provided unfurnished. Some of the photos are staged.
Now the fine print. My wife and I own this property. I am a licensed real estate agent with Reliant Real Estate, Inc. Deposit is $1,199 which is refundable subject to property condition at end of lease. Income requirement is 2X the rent amount.
