Murdous and Crime-Ridern South East Denver
I can't recommend this place. 11 people shot in less than a .4 mile radius since January, three of those were murdered.
I've lived here for fourteen months, and am amazed they still advertise "Premium materials and finishes".
They cut corners at every turn, and hire the cheapest contractors to do all repairs. There were over 11 contractors in and out of my apartment to replace the shower valve, and they re-tiled it so that there's a 6" indent in the tile around the valve.
Residents are trashy... and can't seem to get their waste in the bins. Kids dig through the dumpsters during the days.
If it's cheap, go for it. Just know that this isn't anything near a luxury community, and for God's sake, look at Denver's crime map before you sign a lease.
Expect an average of $90/month in additional fees and utilities. They also tossed in a disclosure for a "to-be-determined" pool fee that doesn't specify an amount.
Shady neighborhood with vehicle thefts on property over the last 30 days (per denver maps). Gate has been broken and left open for over. A month now, allegedly due to the contractor not getting paid for past repairs.
This place isn't managed, it's run by cleaning up messes. This would be an excellent community for a tenants union to hold management responsible to the convoluted leases they have you agree to.
Staff is great at posting fake five-star reviews... Consider the content!

The environment is amazing and people keep to themselves. I just have issues with the way people treat the trash place. They don’t places the trash in the cans correctly.

Great, we love it here! We have lived here for almost 6 years already. Love having eveything so close by, the bus line in front of the apartment and the school is right next door!!! Management is so nice and very knowledgeable!!!!

Wonderful nice apartment. Very quiet. Nice to add outdoor Gym. Nice bbq place. This apartment complex is peaceful and quiet.. Easy to walk to Walmart , 7-11. Gas stations, and car wash..
