Move in was simple and smooth. Community is pretty quiet. Love that you have to have access to get into the parking lot makes you feel safer

This place sucks. I’ve seen three property managers come through. They charge us for reserved parking when we don’t have our own spot good luck finding parking at night. The laundry room is atrocious the machines never work. You tell anyone all they do is look at you stupid and put a sign on the door

Lack of communication or don’t give enough time when they need to go in the apartment. I need my dog secured or put in a pet care facility and they send out an email the day before-at 5pm. Not only does not give me the opportunity to talk to staff about my dog situation or call the pet resort to see if they can watch my dog for the day. Also the front desk is impossible to get a hold of

It’s awesome!!!
One of the best places and The best management and maintenance teams I have ever experienced.
The only issue is the roaches in the home
Been dealing with it from the day I moved in but no solution
Hope the management and maintenance team will find one soon
