Meh….
I’ve been living at Arium at Lowry for a little under five months now, and overall my experience has been pretty neutral. I don’t love it, but I don’t hate it either.
One thing I do appreciate is the location. It’s conveniently close to Cherry Creek and Aurora, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and outlets nearby. Most of the neighbors are friendly and tend to mind their own business, which helps keep things fairly peaceful.
The property has also been making some improvements recently.... They’re currently renovating parts of the community, including adding a dog wash station, expanding the gym, and the pool area looks much better after being drained and cleaned. Those upgrades are definitely a positive step.
That said, there are still some ongoing issues that need more attention. The private gates seem to only work part of the time, which defeats the purpose of having gated access in the first place. My apartment faces the trash area, and the dumpsters are constantly overflowing — not just with regular trash, but furniture, appliances, and oversized items. It also seems like people from outside the complex dump things there as well.
My biggest frustration is the parking situation. Residents regularly park in red zones, handicap spots, and clearly marked no-parking areas without any noticeable enforcement. It creates unnecessary issues and makes the community feel poorly managed at times.
Overall, the property has potential and I can see they’re trying to make improvements. I’m hopeful management continues addressing the upkeep and enforcement issues because the location and community itself have a lot going for it.
