Great place for students

This place is really affordable and convenient, especially if you’re a student. There’s free parking, which is great because I feel like most apartments don’t offer that. The staff are really helpful and friendly and do their best to help you with anything you need. They host a lot of events like movie nights or game nights where you can go and meet people and enjoy free food. definitely one of the best places I’ve lived.

Excellent service

The staff here are very kind and understanding. When I had a problem with my apartment and asked for maintenance on an outlet that was not working they came by and fixed it the next day.

Great Spot

I’ve lived here for about five years, and it’s been a great experience overall. The sense of community is one of the best parts—it’s easy to meet people through all the resident events and game nights, and there’s usually something fun going on. The two new restaurants in the building are also a huge plus and make it really convenient to grab a meal without having to go anywhere. The staff has always been friendly, and it’s been a comfortable place to call home. I’d definitely recommend it to... anyone looking for student housing with a welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely awful. They take advantage of first time renters, ignore serious safety concerns and will dismiss most maintenance requests or have you resubmitting and arguing with immature staff for months. I was attacked on the property by dogs TWICE now. Just unacceptable in every way. Read all yelp and google reviews, and ignore all the reviews mentioning the tours as they are trying to falsify their reviews.
