No. Just don't.
I genuinely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. As someone with experience in property management, I know how hard this job can be, and I really tried to be understanding. But after living here, I feel a responsibility to help future residents go in with eyes wide open.
There were issues from the start. My move-in date was delayed multiple times without notice, and no one reached out, I had to follow up each time. When I finally got the keys, there was no welcome or explanation,... and my apartment had clearly not been cleaned or properly prepared. There was debris on the floor (including toenail clippings), poorly patched walls, and just an overall sense that no one checked the unit before I moved in.
From there, it was a constant stream of problems. The elevators regularly broke down. One weekend, someone vomited in the only working elevator, and it wasn’t cleaned for days because the office said cleaning didn’t happen on weekends. I had to take the stairs 26 flights just to leave.
The laundry room was consistently dirty, many machines didn’t work, and mold was present. It was the only one in the entire building. On top of that, the building had no ventilation (the windows don’t open), the AC barely worked, and by summer, my apartment became dangerously hot. When the AC fully stopped working, it took weeks to replace right in the middle of a heatwave. I know I wasn’t the only one affected, and I’m genuinely sorry for anyone else who had to go through that.
Communication with management was difficult. Residents were often left without updates or meaningful responses. Meanwhile, rent increases felt unfair. I was quoted much more than new residents for the same exact space. That’s not how retention should work.
There were nice gestures like pizza parties and lobby donuts, but it was frustrating to see money spent on perks instead of addressing serious livability issues. It felt like appearances were being prioritized over actual resident care.
It’s disappointing to leave this review, especially since I went in hopeful and patient. But the reality of living here was stressful, uncomfortable, and often unsafe. If you’re considering this property, please take all reviews seriously. I wish I had.

I'm really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at our property. We strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free living experience for all our residents, so it's deeply concerning to hear that we fell short of this in your case. We... will definitely take your feedback on board regarding communication, cleanliness, and maintenance in the building and we'll work hard to improve these areas. I assure you it isn't typical of the level of service we aim to provide - nevertheless, we are grateful for your honest review as it helps us learn and grow.
