I lived at this property and experienced multiple serious issues during and after my tenancy.
I was charged “facility fees” related to my service animal, despite service animals being exempt from pet fees under fair housing laws. At the time, I was afraid to pursue a formal HUD complaint while still living there. After moving out, I was advised that similar complaints from other residents could help establish a pattern if this is happening to them as well.
After I moved out, additional charges... were added to my account for alleged damages that had previously been reported and not repaired during my tenancy. I disputed these charges.
Management also repeatedly attributed an odor issue in the unit to my fully trained service dog, which I strongly disagreed with based on the condition and training of my animal.
I was unable to independently verify the professional licensing status of an individual who communicated with me as the property’s legal representative.
I was also informed that incentives had been offered to residents in exchange for positive reviews.
If you choose to live here, I strongly recommend documenting all communications, fees, and maintenance requests in writing.

Staff is great. Maintenance guys keep this place up. Prime location to everything you need within 10-15 min. Definitely affordable. Never had an issue here. Won’t be going anywhere for awhile.

Great Living
I've lived here for over a year now, and I will say that living here has been great! Between the great staff and the area, this has been a great living situation. Great units and the pool here is great! I definitely would recommend living here.

IGNORE THE OLD NEGATIVE REVIEWS
This has been a great 1 bdrm apt.! I love living here. The staff rocks, and they keep the place very clean. ZERO insects, so old claims about roaches mean nothing, I have never seen a single one here. I think new management turned things around since those reviews. Package deliveries are made to the leasing office, and I pick them up often there with zero issues, they are always friendly and helpful. Rent is very affordable, and the electric bill is low even running the AC in the summer. I would... definitely tell anyone to go for it with getting an apt. here.

Very great and friendly management team
Very nice place with friendly management team. The assistant manager and the lady in the office are super friendly. Always ready to help you out when in need of assistance. I strongly recommend this apartment. I will miss you guys a lot.
