This has been a great 1 bdrm apt.! I love living here. The staff rocks, and they keep the place very clean. ZERO insects, so old claims about roaches mean nothing, I have never seen a single one here. I think new management turned things around since those reviews. Package deliveries are made to the leasing office, and I pick them up often there with zero issues, they are always friendly and helpful. Rent is very affordable, and the electric bill is low even running the AC in the summer. I would... definitely tell anyone to go for it with getting an apt. here.

Very great and friendly management team
Very nice place with friendly management team. The assistant manager and the lady in the office are super friendly. Always ready to help you out when in need of assistance. I strongly recommend this apartment. I will miss you guys a lot.

Great management
Location is nice with looks of food, and stores around. Management always helpful- and friendly. Quick when needed for emergency maintenance as the crew lives st the complex as well. Laundry - washers & dryers have an app to use making it nice and convenient. You can see which are available and also easy to load app for payment and check the time on the machine.

AMAZ(ING PLACE!
This place has been amazing the last 2 1/2 months that I lived here. I moved from a complex that lets just say was horrible and almost made me 100% move from Denver till I found this place. If you want a place that is one top of repairs, great office/maintenance staff and most of all a safe great place to live.
I would absolutely recommend this place for any type of person.

Worst living experience I've suffered through.
Cherry Plaza offers cheap apartments and cheaper service. The "renovated" unit I moved into was littered with damage and mistakes. There was a large hole in the wall of the bathroom that never got looked at by management, the "new" appliances were bargain bin 2nd hand trash, and the sinks spray nozzle never once functioned from the day I moved in to the day I escaped. Furthermore, the communal laundry space in my building was disgusting. I don't think it was actually cleaned a single time in the... year I lived there, making it an ideal spreading room for pests such as bedbugs, which I should have anticipated from earlier reviews. On top of all of this was a terrible management "company" that took any question to their mandates as a hostility. When I reached out to management about issues with their apartment they sicked their lawyer on me. Luckily litigation was avoided when it became clear they simply were trying to get me to break lease so they could charge more for my unit (which is exactly what happened after I left). Avoid this place like the plague. There are far better options for the same price range.
Oh also, I left my apartment immaculate and with less damage than when I took ownership and still didn't get my deposit back.
