Excellent Staff

This building has the best staff and management of an apartment complex I've lived in! Everyone who works here is so nice and down to earth, and great at their jobs. In particular, the leasing consultants/managers, Sara, Hailey & Carson, and the maintenance staff, Tommy and Chris, are AWESOME! They don't just say it like other apartments complexes- they genuinely care about and value their residents! All of my questions/requests while I lived here were addressed quickly and with care. When I… first moved in, I asked if my blinds could be replaced because they were old and a bit stained, and they did so happily and without hesitation. When we were having issues with our air conditioning, Tommy and Chris were extremely attentive, caring and accommodating, supplying us with multiple portable air conditioners (which were great!) and consistently checking in with us until our AC was fixed. Couldn't say enough good things about the staff here!

Great Area and even Greater Staff

I’ve continued to have a great experience living here, thanks in huge part to the amazing team that keeps everything running as smoothly as possible. Sara, Hailey & Carson are always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They make every interaction easy and always go above and beyond to take care of everyone and anyone who swings through the front office.

Huge shout out the entire maintenance team, particularly Chris and Tommy. They’ve continued to be responsive, thorough and always fix… things quickly. It’s clear they take pride in their work, care about keeping the property in top shape and making residents happy. I know that when I put a request in it will addressed ASAP.

Outside of the staff, the location can’t be beat. It’s super close to everything I need (gym, grocers, coffee, Union Station) and I feel very safe at night when walking my pup. Between the amazing staff and great area, it's become home and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking in the area.

Helpful and friendly staff

Moving in was a breeze, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worked with Carson and he had a good answer to even all my bizarre questions, would recommend!

Do not live here if you like working elevators and amenities

Coming in here I was excited about the community and amenities. It was on the pricier side but I was willing to pay more for good construction, good management, and good community. This place has none of that. Save your money and live anywhere else for cheaper in the area. They are clearly de-investing in this property and there is no actual working amenities all at once. Cody, the property manager tries his hardest to make it work, but the truth is this company is no longer investing in this… property.

Excellent living, community, and staff

We have lived here for over a year and have nothing but good things to say. Griffis Union Station is the best. The staff is incredible and living here is affordable and high quality (amenities and apartments). Everyone who lives here is kind, the maintenance is always handled quickly, and again, the staff is really hard to beat!! Finally, the proximity to everything downtown is awesome. We love walking to the grocery store, restaurants, parks, and rail. 10/10 recommend living here.
