Dont rent these apartments

These apartments dont have any ac units working,bed bugs, rats, people breaking in your cars stealing your tags, posted notes on your door cant do marianna,pretty sad apartments

Kimberly Arms Apartments (Pink)

First let me say we are glad to have our apartment. However I do not like the parking situation. We have two cars (a Jeep & a truck) and have one free spot in the lot behind the building. For our other vehicle we must pay an extra $10 a month for a spot that is unfortunately unassigned. The rule is smaller compact cars in the front, suv's in the second row, and big trucks in the back. We've been told this many times by management, however the rule does not apply to management & residents that… have been in the building for some time. I don't agree with favoritism! On the other hand we love our unit and are glad we are in the building. I as a women would prefer a larger kitchen but I don't mind the smaller one it's easier to keep clean. There are two laundry facilities in this building with only 4 washers and dryers total. I find the laundry rooms convenient, but with only 4 washers and dryers and about 75 people in the building it's hard to get your laundry done. Also they aren't very clean so if you chose to pay $2.75 to wash and dry one load a suggest taking a Clorox wipe with you..
