How Is This Rating Determined?

Noisy, cheap, and admin staff aren't helpful

We thought this place was great, its pretty, but everything is built cheaply. We have had problems with others abusing the parking rules, pool rules, and many barking dogs. They have policies against this from happening, but do nothing when we bring it to their attention. Also their utilities are pricey and the wifi is not good.

5 Star- yes

We moved across country, nervous to select a place without seeing it in person. We want everyone to know the team here was the only people that get it. The genuine warmth came across the phone. The only ones who actually answered the phone. We moved in and nothing but perfection. Thank you Kayla.
