Great place to live, but would be better if rent prices weren't dynamic and changing all the time and if there were leeway to negotiate rental prices and move in fees.

Everything has been great, maintenance has fixed any issues. The pool is amazing and the view is unbeatable. You can easily walk to Trader Joe’s as well.
