We love living at Modera West Washington Park. ??

We just moved from a 2B 2B to a 1B 1B. As always, the staff have been incredible, but a special shout out goes to Rachael who has been so patient and clear in our many communications. (She deserves a medal!) Greg, as always, has been a great resource and always good humored.

We would recommend Modera West Washington Park to anyone looking for a modern, close to everything building with great staff and amenities. We hope we can stay here for... a long time!

I love the facilities here. Everything is well kept. They are attentive to maintenance needs and resident needs in general. They have regular community events which is always nice. The location is amazing - you can walk to anything you might need. Very dog friendly too!

The complex has a variety of amenities and the rooftop pool is absolutely amazing! The unit itself is a great use of space with lots of windows and natural lighting.
