These apartments are decent for the price. We have a 2/2 on the 3rd floor. Only complaint so far is that maintenance left the place a little messy upon move in, the workmanship was not the best, and the complex is not really on top of maintenance and trash collection overall. The apartment itself is decent though, spacious with central air and washer/dryer in the unit was a nice perk for this price range. Fairly quiet units, good amount of stores and essentials close by, and only 15-20 mins to... downtown Denver. So far I would recommend these apartments.

South Oneida Club
We had been looking for apartments for 6 months in Denver. Since the big boom of Denver we were worried about finding something we need. We are two girls we have a lot of stuff. That's when we saw South Oneida Club. We are centrally located and the manager is great amd people and neighbors are nice. They Renovated our place and when we moved it , it was a surprise. We are so happy one and plan to live here for a few years.

South Oneida Club
The apartment complex is near everything you could need. The location is great. You can take the 83L bus downtown and get across most of the city for about $5. The apartment is also near the mountains with a 20 minute drive to Lookout Mountain. That's a great first time location for a beginner hiker. (Which my girlfriend and I are)
The unit we have is on the third floor. It was delayed by two days when we moved in for renovation but they were understanding of our situation and management went... the extra mile to make it right. They helped us with a cross country move and made everything easier.
