    Loved it here.

    I lived at the Arlington since 2021. I never had any issues that were serious, although, if I did have issues it was always fixed quickly. Very thankful for Steve & everything he has done to the place. I recently moved out but it was bittersweet as this place was quiet, clean inside & out, safe & had a walkable area. The only downside was probably when the washer would be out on our floor but that’s something small, it was not much of an inconvenience. Neighbors were always very nice & not… disruptive. Mail had its ups & downs but I never had anything stolen. Trash was easy access. Parking, If you don’t pay for parking, was a little frustrating at times because you do live next to a University so it will be full. Very great places nearby, I love the different varieties of food spots just right downstairs & across the street. Very grateful to have lived at such a nice complex. If you like to live simple, this is your place!
