Transformation Housing

Warren Village is a very special place and isn't for everyone. Besides support through affordable housing in the heart of Capitol Hill, there are wrap-around services for navigating the complexities of government assistance and an on-site learning center. This isn't Transition Housing but rather Transformational Housing. Everyone in this organization really cares about a hand up and not a hand out. The clients who are motivated to participate in our model can reap the successful outcomes that... come with our College to Career Path Programs and Workforce Partnerships.
