Tour No one showed up to my in person guided tour, was only in Denver for a few days so was relying on that. Tried calling multiple numbers, all connected to AI bot. Not happy with this experience

The person from the leasing office, I think Amy?, was great! Very personable and very helpful! The issue was with the self guided tour. It led us to an already occupied unit. I prefer meeting with someone in person. Overall not a bad experience because Amy made the moment right!
